Ethan took the time to analyze and explain the issues with our old vinyl siding. He provided... proposals for multiple options to replace the siding and repaint the exterior. When we were ready to replace it a year later, he honored his price and completed the job quickly (within 2 weeks). We were impressed by the finished product, which exceeded our expectations and allowed us to sell our house quickly. I would definitely recommend Liberty Construction.read more

Ethan with Liberty Construction was recommended by another contractor we had for our windows. We... were about to accept a contract from a larger company. Ethan gave a very honest, no gimmick quote for the same materials, with a shorter time frame and at less cost. He was very patient with us as we tried to be our own GC for windows, flooring and a brand new roof with 9 skylights. He told us our gutters were fine but the issue we raised with water pooling at the fireplace was an easy fix with a cricket to extend the life of our fireplace stone and mortar. He also installed a diverter above our front door. His crew was clean and curtious. My roof is beautiful and it's now a statement instead of the backdrop. I've had so many compliments about his team too! Definitely worth your call!read more

I must admit I was skeptical when I read the reviews...all 5 stars, unbelievable. So I called... Liberty Construction and spoke with Ethan. My first question was how do you get all 5 stars from your customers. In response he answered " I make sure my customers are happy." So I made an appointment for an estimate. Ethan was prompted and very professional. He answered all my questions with full knowledge of the products. I had a sun tunnel installed. I was so impressed with the work that he did I was confident and satisfied, so I ended up getting 4 sun tunnels. I recommend this company for quality work. Signed, "another happy customer!" Liberty Construction did a fabulous job. We had to have a custom made skylight and Liberty... Construction ordered the skylight for us. Once it was made they came out and installed the skylight quickly and efficiently. The workmanship was outstanding and they were courteous and extremely professional. I first met Ethan of Liberty Construction when I had a tiny leak in my daughter's bedroom. He... quickly fixed the vent pipe (the gasket had apparantly been reversed during initial construction), and inspected the rest of the roof and attic for problems and water damage. I was so happy with his professionalism and friendliness, that I was sure to call him when we need a new roof due to a build up of hail damage. We just got our new roof. It looks fantastic, and the process was seamless (scheduling, filing with insurance, etc). Also, his workers were neat and friendly, and conscientious of what a mess discarded roofing can be. Our neighbors are just as happy as we are with the quality of the crew! I highly recommend Liberty Construction. Thank you, Ethan!read more

I called Liberty looking for help with an exterior leak I suspected near a window. Their... responsiveness in getting Ethan out to inspect my house was incredible, they had someone at my door in about 14 hours or less. Ethan even came prepared having done research on who built the house, when, and what materials they used so he showed up with the right tools an able to do a true thorough assessment. Beyond just coming out for the inspection, through the process I felt like more than just a customer. Ethan took care in listening to what was happening and explained what he suspected through the whole process. In less than an hour he had me feeling confident that we had tracked the leaks down, repaired them, and educated me on what to look for in the future. And at the end of it all Ethan was even able to recommend the way forward for my basement finishing project, all because he took time to just talk to me and learn about my house. I will definitely be recommending Ryan’s to my homeowner friends and coming back as a repeat customer.read more

I cannot say enough good thing about this company. We were told dates and what to expect on those... dates to have our roof done so nothing was a surprise. When our roof was completed, there was absolutely no mess left behind. Ryan worked with us on the payment due to the amount of the insurance deductible. I have never dealt with such an honest company and we will be customers for life.read more

We absolutely loved Liberty Construction! Ethan responds quickly, walks you through the whole... process, and handles the hassle with the insurance company for you. He completely removed all stress from having our entire roof replaced. Even our dog loved him! Not only is Ethan personable and professional, so is his crew. They were so friendly and courteous and their work was nothing short of excellent! They went above and beyond during the cleanup process, making sure to use a huge magnetic tool to pick up any nails that may have been missed. Our experience, from start to finish, was outstanding with Ethan and his team. They are the only company we will ever use again.read more
